or 424 / 288 - 9273
Includes intermittent breaks for Q and
A
and periods of
stretching to help assist the Qigong flow.
LEARNING OUTCOME:
Learning how
these exercises affect cardiovascular health in
profound ways
without inducing a stress response. Learning how
doing Qigong
builds muscle strength, lessening effects of stress
and Cortisol
release on the body. Learning how the standing forms
give a most precious type of
strength – endurance -- building
physical vitality, immunity and
raising healthy electrical energy and
ATP in the body.
ASSESSMENT ON OUTCOMES ACHIEVED:
Lots of times,
I see student’s expressions looking rejuvenated and
relaxed after the practice.
Even for someone doing it for the first time,
the outcome of the exercise helps people
blood flow. Since doing
Qigong in a group of three or
more, the energy is on overdrive
and the results are at least
doubles.

(B) BIO (by and about the Instructor)
Since young, I
had an interest in exercising and eating right. Living in
NYC, I easily got
caught in the fast city life. However I would not be far
away from living a
healthier life style. I would be involved with exercising
like bike
ride, walking, jogging, ice skating, roller skating or learning a new
exercise. Lots of the
time, I took vitamins & ate right. I was aware of what
foods were good for me &
what to stay away from early on.
I moved to Miami, Florida for a clean
break out of the city & refreshed
focus on a
career based on exercising and eating right. I began to look at
colleges for a career in
Physical Therapy and/or Dietitian. With still much
uncertainty, I came across an
ad that advertised, Massage Therapy.
Without any prior education, I
used to give massages to friends and family
and I would receive great
compliments. Then I began to search for other
massage
therapy schools in the area. Months before I began, I had read a
book about massage therapy and
the many types of modalities this field
has. After
reading the book, I was eager to begin school. I began to learn
a whole new lifestyle in the
Holistic field. Right around this same time,
my health was being
compromised; whereon I took steps to process a lot
in a short
time. I began to be more involved with learning all sorts of
things like: meditation,
juicing, Reiki and receiving treatment such as
acupuncture, herbs, &
massages. Being in Florida, I did a lot of swimming
and some biking. My dad
would speak to me about how Yoga can help me
and I began to search for
studios where that was taught. I searched until I
found one that I liked, Bikram
Hatha Yoga. I had great results and I was
feeling
stronger and healthier. I began to branch out in other forms of
exercise, such other Yoga
styles, Tai Chi and Chi Gong.
Moving to LA was somewhat unplanned,
due to an uncomfortable situation
I was in. I asked the
Higher Power to pull me out of this situation, these
circumstances, and there it
was when I saw the flier of Qigong Healing and
Miracle Making. Qigong,
an exercise I like. Healing, something I am
familiar with per massage
therapy. Miracle Making, is what I wanted to
manifest in my life.
However, there were circumstances which I thought
might have held me back from
going. One being, I had a very bad cold,
and the other my finances were
tight. I had seen the flier 2 days before
the event, so I kind of slept
on the thought of making it to the workshop.
One thing lead to another and
accidentally, I had paid for the program
twice. I enjoyed and
embraced all the knowledge that I was learning, so
when on the third day the
Teacher mentioned that there would be a Level I
Instructor course in two
weeks. Instead of getting a refund, I let them
know to put it on the Level I
Instructor course. Within the turmoil of being
homeless, I still went forward
in being certified and grow with this.
The 4 day workshop had so much
material; I loved the feel of the
empowerment I received from
it. This workshop was covering topics
from health, energy,
cardiovascular exercise, muscular strength,
muscular endurance,
meditation and science. All these things that I am
interested in, under one roof
worked for me. I wanted to have all that
wisdom to teach others the
same, to help them take charge of their health.
This whole body healing method
from Food Based Healing to a slow
impact exercise becomes a
complete Whole Body Healing experience.
(C)
I am hands on
and I speak clearly explaining every step. I am able to
address the needs of all
learners: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic—in the
way I present
my material.
(D)
PRESENTLY I

HOWEVER, I HAVE THE SOLE RIGHT
