What to expect:
– Gentle movement and breathwork to help us settle into a relaxing Savasana (supine resting pose).
– Intention setting followed by a vibrational cleansing sound bath
– Channeled messages from the Ascended Masters.
– Gong bath
– Relaxation, sharing and integration
