Karen’s interest in, the Healing Arts
began at a very young age. She became
acquainted with Yoga, Mantras & Candle
Meditation, and Self Hypnosis at the age
of 11. Her committed interest in this field
led her to earn a Bachelor's from Howard
University in Psychology. She has further-
more attended numerous classes and work-
shops in Energy Healing including:
Spiritual Human Yoga (SHY), Healing Touch,
and Reiki Healing. In 2005, Karen completed her
600 hours of Massage Training at The National
Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, VA.

Since receiving her massage certification, Karen has
developed her practice to include:
- Swedish Massage (may be combined with Deep Tissue at request)
- Deep Tissue Massage (may be combined with Swedish at request)
and
- Hot Stone Massage (at $75 per Hour rate)

Karen looks forward with delight to artfully help you relax, destress,
and release so that you may be rejuvenated on all planes from
physical to spiritual.
